This final report includes a summary of our community-centered planning process and a Community Action Framework for addressing the issue of displacement immediately and over the years to come. The Community Action Framework is organized around key priorities identified by the community, goals, and possible actions. The report also includes recommendations for immediate action.

Created for the Community Assembly in March 2026, these handouts describe patterns in our neighborhood and resources available.

This card-based activity was created for this initiative, with real input from Codman Square residents. Scenarios, barriers, and assets in the activity have been created based on real lived experiences. Interventions come from the City of Boston’s Anti-Displacement Action Plan, known community resources, and Stakeholder input.

BOLD Teens conducted a focus group to hear from youth in the neighborhood about the issue of displacement. Read the report here.
